1. What kind of products do you sell?

We are a multi-product store offering a wide variety of items including lifestyle products, fashion, home essentials, electronics, and more – all under one roof.


2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver nationwide, including major cities and remote areas.


3. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.


4. How much is the shipping cost?

  • Flat Rate: PKR 250 nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 2000.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash


7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. For details, check our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
